a pleasant short stay

i stayed here for a few nights and found several things quite agreeable. the staff was consistently helpful and attentive. the room was clean, tidy, and well kept (i am quite particular about cleanliness). i especially enjoyed the available darts board and pool table in the adult's room.
the floorboards were a bit creaky.

the staff was helpful, i suppose. breakfast was included and edible.
Honestly, the room reeked of stale smoke. It was overpowering. the noise from the adjacent rooms was awful. I could hear every word. the bed was hard, like sleeping on a park bench. I had back pain every morning.
